So everyone who knows me, knows that I’m a fish lover, all day, every day. Fried, roasted, peppered, boiled, I eat them all and so do other people. Fish meal is so versatile, it is enjoyed in various ways and also has so many health benefits especially for elderlies.
A lot goes into the process of making this fish what it is but it gets overlooked by people. They don’t like to acknowledge the fact that fish making is not an easy task. They complain about the fact that roasted catfish or catfish pepper-soup is too expensive. The process is underrated. You have to be extremely patience to make a fish meal because there is a lot involved and if not careful , it would turn out badly because fishes are delicate especially when frying or making stew. When I was younger, my mum used to end up using her fish to make rice stew because I was never patient enough and I used to scatter the fish while frying. Now that I’m older, I like to believe that fish making is an art.
It requires patience and skill to make a the tasty catfish. the fishes are carefully selected into a bowl of water where they are killed. There are different ways of killing fishes, you could take it away from its natural habitat and pour salt on it then watch it struggle for its life or hit it on head with a knife and again watch it wrestle with death but the most common and less gruesome way is to slice open the belly of fish.
The dirt and other non edible substances are removed and the fishes are transferred into a bowl of fresh water and washed with salt to reduce the grimy substances on the skin. After this process `of thorough washing, the fishes are cut and placed over a burning coal to roast. sometimes, the fishes are folded and placed in an oven over a burning coal. Roasted catfish is good business for some people while others like to store in the house and use gradually. It is a time consuming process but comes out nice in the end. It could also be made into fish pepper-soup.
I feel everyone should have a taste of catfish in any form they choose because it is amazing . You would fall in love. Name a better way to live forever if not in a man’s belly. Always remember that fish making is a tedious but beautiful process so it should not be underrated or under-priced.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.
Why do this?
The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.
To help you get started, here are a few questions:
You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
